Works very well

Been using this for the last couple of years & its always worked great don't wake drowsy like I dd with other sleep meds

Good but makes you sleepy

My naturopath recommended these to take in conjunction with Myo-inositol powder for my anxiety. I was taking the powder for a while now and needed a little something extra. I took one capsule yesterday afternoon to see how I would feel and within a half hour I felt like I couldnt keep my eyes open! I felt somewhat relaxed but also sluggish which I didnt like at all. Im going to give it a try seeing as I spent so much money on it but Im being cautiously optimistic. This just may not be for me at least during the day!

They really work!

I have been struggling with much anxiety for awhile .My heart races, I feel dizzy , I pace the floors and sweat. I got my shipment of this today February 2nd before I went floating in a sound/ light deprivation tank. Today was the most extreme anxiety I have ever have. I felt I was going to black out, my heart was pounding, I woke up with a tension headache. These came in before I left for floating and sure enough I am amazed at the zen, Buddha feeling I had! I had been taking anti anxiety meds which I really don't care to take. ZEN capsules did the job! Thank you!
