Out of date supplement

The manufacture date of the Absorb Aid Digestive support that I just received May 11th, 2024 is April 2022. This supplement looses its potency after one year. THE oldest I have previously received from Amazon or other supplier has been 6 months. This is a seller unloading dated supplements. Thanks Amazon. $35. Can't return it because you will not accept returned supplements. $35 in my trash can!

This has been a staple supplement

When my parents were my age, I learned through them, that as we grow older, our stomachs don't produce as many digestive enzymes as they need to, to be able to digest our food properly. The food seems to "sit" on our stomach--especially at night. My Dad was taking antacids to combat, what he thought was, an acidic stomach. He started taking digestive enzymes and the acidic stomach stopped. Fast forward. When I began having issues digesting my food--especially at night--I began taking these. I started taking one capsule at night. Now, I usually take one in the morning and one at night. Eventually, as needed, I will take one each time I eat--to insure proper utilization of food eaten. This supplement has helped digest my food properly a great deal. However, I've also noticed it helps if I eat earlier in the evening to give my stomach time to digest food before going to sleep! LOL! Have a blessed day! :-)

Of course I use natural foods to help digestion. This is useful when I don't have access to those foods. Feel better, digestion is complete. Starches, proteins, milk. Great.
