Euuuwww Dead bug in my Now Biotin bottle

I've purchased these in the past but this time I was horrified to find a dead bug in the bottle. Really disgusting

This makes my hair better

My hair was getting a little thin in one spot after a stroke. My hairdresser said to take Biotin (it was much less expensive than restorative shampoos) It works great for me, and my nails are great too.

Helps with my brain fog
