So if you take a lot of sups, then check labdoor. This one for vit-D was one of the best rated ones for the price point at the time I checked at purchase. I would say, based on my labs from my doctor, this particular brand of vit-D is doing the job just right. Do recommend.

Good for health where sun exposure is limited. D3 helps the body absorb calcium.

I take D3 to help my body absorb the calcium that I also take to help keep my bones strong.

Doc Said I Needed The D...

Doc said I needed the D, so I ordered these. Been taking them for just over a week now, haven't had any issues.

The label added to the original product packaging makes people feel confused, low grade .

In addition, different bottles were labeled in different positions, which appeared to be very random, and some were labeled in positions that hid important information on the original label.
