Suggested Use: You may take up to 2 tablets per day during the restoration-loading phase. Take each tablet 12 hours apart. After 30-45 days, take only one tablet daily. Awesome results in a month!

From Dec 2021 until May 2022 my blood pressure had gone out of control with morning readings at165/90 with periodic spikes into 190-200/ 100s. I had cut sodium, increased exercise, lost 25 Lbs. Limited wine and and coffee. I began daily breathing exercises, meditation and got off social media. Needless to say when my numbers were still erratic I got super worried which of course does not help either. My doctor of more than 25 years just kept upping the dose on my meds and adding more meds. Id hit 4 blood pressure medications and anxiety medication, frustration was an understatement. We decided to take a cruise to relax , while there a friend told me a homeopathic practitioner had recommended Neo40 Professional strength with good results. I ordered this before we got back and started it May 31st. The first week the morning readings dropped to 140s, second week 130s and since then Ive taken my readings in both arms every night and logged results in low 120s/high 70s. Im now on 1.5 meds and am praying to get off them entirely. I still do my part health habits wise and will reach my goals. Im just happy I took that trip and found this. It has literally been God sent

Might work but cant tolerate the sugar substitutes

While the efficacy of nitric oxide being beneficial for blood pressure is established the biggest hurdle for my remaining compliant with this product is tolerating the mannitol and xylitol. For people with digestive problems (pretty common in older people, who also are also more likely to have problems with blood pressure as they age) the inclusion of sugar alcohols is beyond frustrating. Xylitol and mannitol are well known to cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. Surely there is an alternative to using these sugar alcohols? Others have commented on it and there is no response from the manufacturer. Choosing between feeling digestively sick and feeling high-bp sick is not a great set of choices

Its working!

I have been taking about 10 days and can tell a difference! My brain fog is much less and focus highly improved!! First few days I did take two a day 12 hours a part! Cant speak for others but I would say give it a try!!
