Its always hard to say of a product like this works I think its more of a long-term thing but I thought it was smart and why not use it for somebody thats been a smoker for over 20 years so time will tell but for now theres no complaints

I am older,(used to be a nutritional consultant) and over the years have had several bouts of pneumonia and pleurisy (*NEVER smoked) Also every year I have seasonal allergies and post nasal drip and a nagging small cough that does not go away or stop even while on Zyrtec. OK so my lungs are always working over time just to keep me going in my day to day life. I previously had evaluated & reviewed their kidney formula for my daughter and was very impressed, then I s this one when I checked out their other offerings and decided to give it a try myself. Like I said regarding the other formula, they don't just name off a bunch of generic names of plants, they give you the specific parts of the plants (which ean EVERYTHING when it comes to their effectiveness) and IF you have any lung issues there is no way that taking this formula daily will not help you support your lungs function better. IF you don't have existing issues but are looking for a formula that will "tweak" your lung health so you might better be able to not have complications should you get the flu (Or Covid19) I would definitely recommend this formula, You can do a precursory online search for each of the ingredients in this stellar formula and better understand their effect on your lungs but most people just want someone else to do the homework and say "Take this!" or DON"T, So, I am that person, "Take this"!
