So far - its working

Ive recently been cooking for a relative on dialysis awaiting his transplant. Having to keep phosphorus low meant including carbs like couscous, rice, pasta in our meals. That was a huge change from our 15 years of primarily keto diet. Combined with extreme salt restriction - my husband and I gained weight & felt exhausted. After nearly 3 months I decided our cousins diet was going to kill us. I took the carbs off our plates & put the salt shaker back on the table. HUGE increase in energy (salt is essential in human energy production) and the weight was sloooowly coming off. But I needed a little help getting back on track - this product was the boost I needed. This appears to be working.

Good results so far. When I originally joined Weight Watchers years ago, I didn't even lose 5 pounds during my 3-month membership, so that was a bust. I rejoined WW last month and started taking Integra-Lean as well. So far, I have lost almost 12 pounds in 5 weeks. I also have hypertension. Even on two meds, my BP would be in the high 140s/90s range. It's now in the 110s/70s range, and my resting heart rate had decreased from an average of 80 beats per minute to 65 beats per minute. Can't wait until my next labs to see if my cholesterol and A1C levels have gone down as well.
