The taste is delicious, cherry scented and very easy to chew and swallow. Easy thing to add to my morning routine.

My kids diet is hit or miss and they enjoy taking gummy vitamins, the problem is that none of the gummy multivitamins have iron in them. So I found these and was worried they wouldnt like them, but they love them! They even ask for them. Win win!

Great if you're sensitive to regular iron supplements

I needed an iron supplement to go along with my prenatal gummies. I got this brand on sale and they were great- kind of an odd taste but good for iron gummies! I take 2 of them. I ran out and got some cheap iron tablets. Oh man, bad idea...they caused horrible constipation whereas these gummies had no such side effect!. I haven't taken one in 2 days but I'm still suffering! So I bought more of these gummies at full price and was so happy to get them today and be able to get my iron.
