FYI is a unique joint and tissue food. Taken as 3 caplets per day on an empty stomach, it delivers chicken collagen along with a botanical blend, a phytonutrient blend, Syrian Oregano and a systemic enzyme blend including bromelain and proteases, and is designed to support normal joint function and mobility and to support healthy metabolism in connective tissue.*

FYI contains chicken collagen, proteolytic enzymes and turmeric-food for supporting joints and tissues. FYI also contains:

Yellow fingers

I really like this product for arthritis in the knees. My knees are feeling so much better since taking this product. The reason for only 4 stars is the yellow residue I get on my fingers when I touch the pill. Every day my fingers have yellow on them and if I dont wash my fingers immediately-the yellow gets on whatever I touch. Im finding this frustrating and I would think the company could encapsulate the pill better so this doesnt happen. Does anyone else experience this? I cannot be the only one. I have written the company 2 times. They say they will look into it, but I have a feeling it will be ignored.
