This really works for me.

I had my gal ladder removed decades ago, and had been on acid inhibitors even before that. When I finally read the research about bile replacement I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it, and so much to gain if it worked. Now I only occasionally take an antacid. And I'm completely off the acid inhibitors! Like so many of our modern prescriptions... They did so much harm than good! Betwin adding oxbile and these enzymes, I've even lost significant weight due to my improved gut health ?

didn't seem to make a difference

This enzyme did not seem to make a difference, but it didn't have a negative taste or smell, was easy enough to swallow. So it doesn't seem to have hurt, either.
