I love love love this! It makes me feel absolutely no different, no stimulus and my appetite is suppressed. I have been tracking my calories before and after. I was ravenous stress eater, my work is heavy in stress. With these I can eat like a normal person. I no longer mindlessly eat, my head is actually clear enough and not overshadowed by hormones making me want to eat. I almost do not think I am eating enough some days. This is helping me change my habits and form a better relationship with food. This is the first appetite suppressant I have taken that doesn't make me feel weird, some of them induced anxiety, not this! I carry some with me and if I feel the stress coming or starting to feel ravenous, I will take 1-2 and I am able to eat sensibly. I can't say when they kick in because I honestly feel no difference in my body at all. Most appetite suppressants are $40+, these are a steal
