Directions for use: Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food.

For travelers: 1 week before travel follow guidelines for general use. During travel take for at least 1 week following the end of travel.

Children under 12: Take half adult dose.

Warning: Allergen advice: Bio-Kult contains traces of soy and milk as these are used in the growth media of the strains. Traces of milk are at a level that would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers. Bio-Jult is a non-GMO product. 

Pregnancy: Bio-Kult is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we would alwyas suggest consulting your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement.

Happy gut

Ive tried many different brands of probiotics, but always go back to this. It can be a bit pricey at times, so keep an eye out for deals. It really makes a positive influence on my body and i can tell if I did not take it.

Constipation

I found out about these probiotics from about article. When I found it on Amazon, I was happy to see it had great reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I only took it two days, and I became constipated. I eat very healthy and all organic, so i know it wasn't anything else I had eaten. This is the only thing I changed in my diet. Now not only do i have to deal with the UTI, but also with constipation. :/

When I was traveling in Ireland, I ran out of my usual probiotics. I was nervous about trying another brand because I'd been having lots of GI issues. When I went to the local pharmacy, this was the only brand they carried, which was the first good sign. (They don't have a million choices over there--they just pick a good one and sell it.) I have tried many different probiotics and these work much better than more expensive brands.

Improve gut health?

I read about a small study that used this specific probiotic for depression. It was a very small (I believe 17 people?) study so take from it what you will but the participants saw marked improvements in their mood while taking this probiotic. I decided to give it a try since I have dealt with severe anxiety and many GI issues for many years. I can't say for sure if it has done anything for me yet and I honestly have not taken it consistently as of yet. To my knowledge, I have not seen any adverse effects from taking it. If I notice any changes-positive or negative- I will update my review.
