The shipping was not good, the box inside the shipping envelope was torn. The product although is good until 2023, it tasted as if not stored in a dark and cool place, it appeared that maybe the bar was previously melted.

Even my very health conscious son could not finish one, ingredients are on par, but flavor needs big improvement.

After I started taking this product, I couldn't figure out why I was having migraines. I had to do some trial and error, and figured out it was the Thorne Vitamin E. I returned it and bought Andrew Lessman Tocotrienols Vitamin E instead. No issues. I'm not sure what happened to Thorne.

Followed the directions to the T. About half an hour later, this hit me like a freight train. The taste is like drinking pure aspartame. I have had success with Ionic Magnesium over ice with Cherry juice, it works like a charm. Skip this one.
