Its hard to find a b complex that doesnt use cyanocobalamin and this one uses methylcobalamin a healthier version!

Excellent quality

I use this for oil pulling and it works so well! Its thicker than coconut oil so its a little harder on the jaw. But overall the quality of this is amazing!!
