Suggested Use: Shake container before each use. Add 1/2 to 1 scoop of Magna-Calm to 3 oz of hot water. Mix thoroughly. Add up to 3 oz of hot or cold water and consume. Should loose bowels occur, simply reduce the dosage until bowel movements are normal.

Does not contain: wheat, gluten, sugar, soy, egg, dairy, fish, shellfish, nuts, preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if outer seal is broken or missing.

Must have changed formula/ no longer works

I have used this product for many years and it has been amazing for helping with sleep issues, muscle pain, anxiety, & being "regular". This last bottle i received wouldn't dissolve, was all chalky in texture and gritty, and no longer worked. Now i have all my body pains back, restless sleep, & constipated. Did the formula change? If so then why???? Very disappointed!

No longer works

Changed formula / ingredients, or something. Doesnt dissolve, feels like mouth is full of grit / sand. No longer works, return of digestive issues, body pain, restless sleep. At first I thought it was a bad batch but opened a second container and was the same. Have used this for years successfully, very upsetting of the change

new batch does not dissolve

It was good until new batch has some new ingredients which does not dissolve. The laxative does not work any more

LIFE SAVER for constipated pregnant woman!

LIFE SAVER for pregnant woman with constipation! When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was anemic and had to take iron pill, got constipated, got hemorrhoid and OMG it was so hard to deal with.. now Im pregnant with my second and so far Ive been going to the second one every day since I started taking this at 19 weeks. Im not sure if this is working for other stuff but making me regular is good enough for me!
