Directions: As a dietary supplement, 6 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Not for me

I love the ingredients list however taking 6 pills a day made me sick. I split it up to three pills in the morning and three pills in the evening but even after a few weeks of that they were making me nauseous. I had to stop

Best source for Mens vitamins with critical magnesium

Without taking magnesium in an absorbable form, vitamins are not absorbed. This formulation allows you to absorb the vitamins you need.
