Kit includes:

• 1 - 4 fl. Oz. nasal wash bottle
• 20- Buffered salt packets
Nasopure bottle and cap are dishwasher safe. Wash with Nasopure prior to using prescribed nasal sprays. Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or if you have a significant medical condition. If Nasopure causes discomfort, discontinue use and contact BeWell Health or your medical professional.

Never block the opposite nostril during washing or blowing. Never wash when you are completely congested (completely blocked on both sides) or have an ear infection without first consulting your physician.

Recommendations: Replace bottle every 3-6 months. If ear popping occurs, blow more gently. Do not use immediately before bed or activity, as water may drop from nose for several minutes after washing. Always begin with isotonic and advance as tolerated. Do not share bottles.
Warnings: Never wash for anyone else. Never force a child to wash and never wash for a child. Never microwave plastic bottles. Always use sterilized, distilled or previously boiled water. Never use hot water for washing. Wash on congested side first and do not force.

This doesn't work

Spend a little more money & get something that is actually useful. If you sinuses are almost clear this kind of works. If you are stuffed up it's useless.

Love it!

This is the most amazingly disgusting thing we have ever used! The amount of stuff that comes out of our noses! It really clears us all up, my kids can use it themselves, and it stops the post nasal drip so they sleep well!

Do NOT buy

If you have nasal congestion Save Your Money and go buy something else. We had gotten this to use on our child. First we tried it on ourselves when we had nasal congestion. We would NEVER use this on our child let alone ourselves! We followed the directions and both of us found this product extremely painful and unsuccessful. I would recommend a neti pot over this! I'm super bummed I missed the return window because this would have gone back immediately!
