Tamanu Arnica is a cream containing botanical extracts with a soothing and softening action that is ideal for red, chapped or very dry skin in adults and children. It can be applied after exposure to sunlight, wind, and cold to lend the skin a feeling of relief and wellness. However, it can also be used to keep the skin well hydrated and healthy.

Directions:
Apply to areas of skin irritated and chapped by atmospheric agents such as cold, wind, dry air, or after exposure to sunlight – and in all those cases in which redness of various origins needs soothing, i.e. lengthy diaper use. Massage until completely absorbed.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.

I got what I wanted.

Helps my sore shoulders and knees

It helps my sore shoulders (not sure why they're sore) and knees (excess water in the knee). I use a thin layer - this is not a massage product and using more does not increase the effect. I do NOT know if this helps arthritis, as I don't have arthritis, according to the doctors. I wish you readers, good health.

I like this produkt because it works for muscle pain and at the same time keeps your skin hydrated. Any kind of bruising or pain heals faster with this produkt.
