I swallow all three at once with no issues though if it's a worry one at a time is fine. They aren't meant to be chewed. I seem to feel off when I don't take them. The wierd thing is they make me burp and it takes like turkey.

I'm very familiar with Mychelle skin care product that I use for years and this is the first time I'm disappointed with one the cie product. It is my first time ordering it online however. I just received the vitamin C today. When I opened the bottle, the vitamin C had already a very dark color which is the sign that the vitamin C is too old and no longer efficient for the skin. I'm very disappointed. I won' t use it and will send it back to get a refund.

My skin is very dry and this has worked wonders keeping it soft and supple. Has improved both skin tone and texture.

As the name indicates, this is a fabulous product. I have used Mychelle products for about 2 years now and am thoroughly pleased. Mychelle's philosophy in a nutshell, for those unfamiliar, is that she doesn't want to put anything on her face that she would feel unsafe putting in her mouth. The company has done extensive studies on skin care ingredients, and the information is available on their website and other publications. Suffice it to say that Mychelle offers superior products using natural and beneficial ingredients. But the best part is that they work! I've tried a number of under-eye creams and gels, all supposedly superior products, but this is the one I've had the best luck with. My skin is not "mature" but I do tend to run on the dry side. As I said, I've been using it for 2 years now and am very impressed. Not only does my skin stay supple and adequately moist (an essential for make-up wearing and not looking caked), but I think it's also been a good wrinkle defense. As an added bonus, it smells nice too! Enjoy!
