This is the best thing to use if you are a misquitos magnet. I was getting eaten alive after moving to a new location. A clerk in a homeopathic store said she had heard from others that this works. Thought I would try it. I've not had a bite since taking these once a day. I will keep purchasing this.

I like this product because it is not sweet and because it has some graininess to it. May not be to everyone's liking, especially if you are accustomed to our normally sweetened versions. (I have used pure baking soda in the past, so lack of sweetness doesn't bother me.) I only downgraded the rating because the caption says "pack of 2" and only one tube arrived. Calling Amazon customer service produced a replacement on its way, which took a bit of time, but no problem otherwise. Update: replacement arrived, again described as pack of 2, however only 1 tube was in the package. To be fair, I ordered a pack of 2 tubes and ended up with 2 tubes, however based on "pack of 2", I should have ended up with 3 tubes as the replacement should have had 2 tubes.

If you have had RNY gastric bypass, this works, but still causes loose elmination.

not sure I feel a difference but no side effects and cant hurt - I havent taken consistently so hard to know for sure
