It really helps to calm me down after big stress and insomnia. Except smell and taste, I think it needs some sweet and tastless cover to make it easier to swallow

Smells awful and didn't work for me.

The tablets smell awful and didn't work for me. I've taken 3mg of melatonin and that works very well, but these had no relaxing or anxiolytic effect for me

Not the best smelling substance in the universe

Not the best smelling substance in the universe, but, in combination with vegan melatonin, it has been moderately effective against even my extreme level of insomnia. I now get 5-6 hours of sleep a night instead of the usual 2-4
