Great supplement, but nothing more.

After painstakingly researching all the active ingredients in this product, I can definitely say that the ingredients have been shown to help protect the liver. The results by various studies are certainly mixed. This is a great supplement, but its not going to be a miracle worker. I am personally trying to cut back on my drinking and adopt a healthier lifestyle, and I think this product is a good first step in achieving that. I think its a good product, but there are also many others like it. That being said, compared to all the other products I see that claim the same benefits, this one is reasonably priced. I still recommend it if youre using it as a tool and changing multiple aspects of your life for a better you.
