Does Not Upset Stomach

I decided to try this probiotic because some probiotics are too much for my system and I end up with persistent diarrhea. I take this at night right before bedtime and almost always sleep well and awake with no upset tummy issues. I do trust Life Extension products as they are throughly researched. I have no idea where their ingredients are sourced.

Several of the pills were half full poor quality control. Probably why I'm unable to get replacement.

It works well when taken as directed.

The product's effect is definite, but quiet. After about a week, I noticed that I generally felt better, more balanced - hard to explain precisely. When a person has a headache and medicates for it, it's being gone is very noticeable. With this, the feeling is more subtle, which is typical of this type of preparation. Also, the longer you take it, the more the feeling becomes defined and noticeable. Folks with a liver complaint will be the most likely to notice the change sooner, while those who simply want to take better care of this vital organ will as well but more slowly. I definitely recommend this product.
