Desert Essence Shea Butter Lip Rescue .15 oz

Truly the best lip balm Ive ever used. My lips tend to be very dry; Lip Rescue soothes, moisturizes, and restores my lips. I keep one in my purse, one in the bathroom, and one in the bedroom. Very pleasant to use and reasonably priced.

1 Star. Poor quality control. Every one of these that I have purchased this year tastes rancid. They used to have a fresh flavor. Now they are unusable and rotten tasting. I usually love this brand. I hope they fix their quality issues.

Since the economy is tanking, I need to find a product that had shea butter in it at a high level without a $10 price tag. This one did not disappoint. New favorite.

I am very disappointed in this product. Within 30 minutes of applying it my lips started to feel dry. I couldn't remove the product until I got home, and buy that time they were even more dry and felt very uncomfortable. I removed the product with a gentle facial cleanser, but now, 8 hours later they feel more dry than they were before I applied the product and they are sore.

It really works, and it continues to work. I find that occasionally you can find an excellent lip balm, but then after a few months it is not useful. Not this product. It's fantastic.
