Sleep like a baby!

Last year, I visited a functional medicine provider who suggested Holy Basil as part of a larger vitamin/supplement routine. Being perimenopausal and also suffering from adrenal stress, I was not sleeping well and constantly waking up with panic attacks. She had Holy Basil on the schedule for 2 capsules nightly. This is NOT a sleep aid, but I sleep so soundly when I take this. My Fitbit even shows a big difference in my sleep score on the nights I forget or run out. I wake up so refreshed. I often wonder what would happen if took it during the day, but I don't want to alter a good thing!! This is the second brand I've tried and I actually prefer this to a more expensive one that starts with a "G". There other one had a strong black licorice smell which I hated, I don't notice any smell with this one.

It does help me sleep but I wake up with a headache. Be aware that they don't accept returns. I won't continue taking it.
