Made me sick

I barfed and had diarrhea all night after taking these bad boys. Not sure if it was just a bad (rancid) batch or what. But beware of these from Amazon.

Triglyceride fish oil blend rip off

This is a blend of regular fish oil concentrate with 90% re-esterified triglycerides and phospholipids extracted from herring roe. The phospholipids from the herring roe arent attached to the Omega 3s from the fish oil which were stripped of their glycerol backbone when making the ethyl esters, and then re-esterefied to the triglyceride form. Total rip-off just because Nordic Naturals doesnt or doesnt want to sell krill oil. Omega 3s in krill oil are over 40% in phospholipid form, this is 0%.

Ridiculously massive pills. Very hard to swallow

Ridiculously massive pills. Choked every time I attempted to swallow one. Only way to get it down was by drinking hot liquid before, with and after.

Great supplement and it's OK THAT THEY SMELL FISHY

I see a lot of comments stating this product is "rancid" because it doesn't smell 100% non-fishy like other Nordic Naturals supplements. This is my 3rd bottle and my first two I bought in a store, they can smell a bit 'fishy' but that's completely normal and they are perfectly fresh and fine to take. I don't take these every day because it can get expensive, usually every other day or so but they have really helped my focus/memory and my hair and skin look noticeably nicer since I started on these. Phospholipids have tons of special benefits and they help your body absorb the Omega 3 much better.

Very strong smelling

These are very strong smelling and hard to get down. I really wish there was a way to find an omega that doesn't smell so unappealing.
