Confectioners dissolves better than granulatedd

I like the confectioner's type stirred into my tea. I haven't found the confectioner's kind locally-- yet. The granulated doesn't dissolve easily, but it does taste good. I think it will do well in baking. One sour note: the product shipped so late that Amazon suggested I ask for a refund-which I did. Sort've glad the cancellation did not go through, as I really like the confectioner's type. BUT I had to go buy an over-priced package of granulated locally, which was annoying.

Great sugar substitute.

We mixed 1/2 tsp of Stevia extract powder with 1 cup of this. It makes a fabulous sugar substitute. We even made cranberry sauce with it and it was delicious. And guilt free! We will definitely keep using this.

My favorite sugar replacement.

I use this in place of sugar I'm very happy with it. I think you may be as well it has a cool feeling on your tongue the opposite of sugar. Enjoy
