Haven't seen any improvement yet.

Easy to disolve and tasteless. But have not seen any improvement in pain relief. Would also be nice to have some direction for use. Seems I went a little overboard the first time and my coffee jelled before I could drink it. We had a good laugh. It was thick like a DQ Blizzard...

Makes decent jello

Three tablespoons dissolved in a cup of liquid, added to three cups of boiling liquid. I've tried it with sweetened hibiscus tea and it's fantastic.
