Perfect, so easy, just follow the directions

I was afraid to use this because another reviewer said the ratio suggested by the package did not work for her. However, I followed the directions exactly and made a beautiful strawberry raindrop jelly. I will try to use less next time for a softer jelly. Make sure to add the agar powder to cold or room temp liquid at first when you mix, once mixed, you simmer the liquid and keep stirring frequently to prevent jelly from forming at the bottom.
