Out of date

I just got this yesterday and found it is already out of date! It says USE BY 11. 2021.

The taste is really good when watered down

Didn't help my kid poop on their own but did make poop a little softer. Really sweet and delicious, I added it to those low sugar Honest juices and it tasted perfect.
