The supplement is kind of like a medication for me, in the sense that I can always tell when Ive taken it. I should say upfront that I have a history of strokes and I have had several brain surgeries. I am not making any medical claims, just sharing my experience. I feel that this supplement gives me increased energy and it also improves my mood noticeably. I take Ritalin and sometimes I dont even notice when Ive forgotten to take it if I have taken this. I also get some pains in my shoulder which a physical therapist told me is related to the fact that I have dysautonomia and it always helps with that. The fact that it helps with that is worth the price alone, since my shoulder is not really even responding to Aleve anymore. I love this supplement and I think it is definitely worth trying!

This is inexpensive, easy to swallow and very effective for muscle building and recovery

just in general i do not think this product does much of anything. used for a month and did not notice any benefits from it
