Works well

These mighty little helpers really help with digestion of hard to break down foods . Everything slows down as we age , this helps a lot . I never feel like I am stuffed anymore after a big meal . This enzyme is amazing and safe to use, just pop before a heavy meal and bam .. feeling alright !

Great stuff. Part of my remedy for Acid Reflux. I take 3 now Betaine HCI caps, one of these caps and two now Apple Cider Vinegar caps before a meal. No more acid reflux! No more taking horrible PPIs.

Not digestible

Was excited to give this product a try. Supposed to help with digestion. Instead it tore my stomach up. Took it with food as instructed. I wanted it to work so bad that I kept taking it after I noticed the excruciating heartburn. I thought it was what I ate or that I needed to give it time. I took my heartburn medication and it did not relieve the burn until I completely stopped taking this.

Misleading packaging and description

I used this for medical reasons for 2-3 months before discovering that the amounts of the different omega 3 fatty acids (e.g. 1,250 mg EPA) is PER TWO CAPSULE SERVING rather than per capsule as is usually provided, i.e., I was buying and taking 2-fold less FAs than I intended. This is an unconscienable misrepresentation of dosage and pricing and should be cited by FDA for unlawful mislabelling and a health hazard.
