Not strong - didnt work as well as others

I used these without feeling much change. I was taking multiple caps, too. I ended up switching to Q- anol from Costco and found them to be better.

Effective form of curcumin

I am treating lyme disease and was having a lot of joint and muscle pain as a result of the bacteria die-off. This product takes the pain down from a 6 or 7 to a 1 or 2. I take 3 capsules per day with meals (yes, I know the label says to take 1 or 2 per day but I'm following the protocol of Dr. Marty Ross who says to take 3.) This brand is significantly cheaper than Thorne and like I said it works great.
