Recommended Adult Dosage
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times daily

Watch out!! Product

Watch out!! Product outer seal was broken, then placed back around the bottle. Inner seal on the bottle also broken. One pill was only 1/3 normal size and looked like it had been bitten off!

This medication helps me just the way my acupuncturist said it would when he prescribed it. I dont recommend Chinese medication or herbs without seeing a specialist first. Theres a complex system in trying to determine what is right for each person. Two people can have overlapping symptoms (such as blood sugar issues or sleeplessness), but have completely different root causes. This medicine helps me harmonize my liver and spleen, clears excess heat from my blood, helps with my blood sugar regulation, and a few other things that I needed.
