I am unable to find a substitute for sugar that is really the same, but this works for me but not in large amounts.

Not allergen friendly

This is made with corn. Although its a good price I was under the impression that it was made from birch and once I got it home found out it was made from corn. IF YOU HAVE GLUTEN ALLERGIES DONT BUY THIS. Corn is cross reactive to gluten therefore you may have an allergic reaction. If you are not allergic to grain I guess you can use it but keep in mind it is not made from birch. Xylitol is originally made from birch which this product is not made of.
