It Has Positively Affected My Symptoms of Aphasia or Early Onset Dementia!

I'm 62 and about 5 years ago my wife and I began noticing my mental acumen was not what it was. We noticed various subtle symptoms of mental decline. Mostly memory, short and long term. My VA doctors refused to take my concerns seriously, insisting or was too soon to test!! My wife began buying and insisting I take at least 1 Tbls of coconut oil in my coffee every morning. I didn't notice any effect or improvement. My wife insisted she noticed some improvements. Later I learned of MCT oil which is coconut oil with all the LCTs removed. I switched to MCT oil and THIS brand I found to be the most economical. Since then both my wife and I have noticed marked improvement in my mental functioned (but still not what it was) and my wife insists she can tell when I don't take my usual doses of at least 3Tbls in my morning coffees. I have considered adding a dose in the afternoon or evening. As far as MCT oil goes, oil is oil. I buy this brand for the price. And the Amazon Prime delivery! I consider it an essential investment in my longer-term mental functioning. I'll try to let you know if I discover I was wrong!
