Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan that is found in every tissue in the body. Bad reaction

I tried this and had several bad reactions: My feet began to itch Started having vivid dreams all night Fatigued because of dreams waking me up Heart burn and bloated feeling I was taking 1 am and 1 pm for 3 days and had to stop. The reviews of itching are real. Going back to regular ginseng. Returning bottle of they will take it back *Update: 2 days after stopping the use of this product, I am in agony! my feet will NOT stop itching. This stuff should NOT be in production! DO NOT TAKE THIS STUFF, You will regret it!

Elevated my liver salts and made me super itchy

After about 3 weeks of twice daily use my skin, especially my neck, became super itchy. I also had blood work pulled and my liver salts were at the top of range. A Google search revealed that these symptoms have not only been tied to ashwagandha, but specifically Now Foods Ashwagandha. Steer clear.

Good effective cleaner and very soft on skin

I had bought this product because i had the winter in mind. In winter i hate to apply water to my face. I used it on my face which I just moisten with a wet towel before using. It is liquid so easy to apply. My face often grew small follicles in the winter because I decrease the frequency of face wash and the pores become blocked. After using this wash the follicles/ Pimples have decreased.

Squeaky Cleanse, but drying

been using this cleanser for 3 years now, it clean up oil, dirt very well, but its little bit drying on the skin. in fact i tried this as a shampoo n i have very oily hair, it wipe every last drip of oil of my hair, so yeah. I also tested face wash with ph testing paper, n it got a ph of 7.8, which is quite alkaline. water is 7. our skin is slightly acidic sit around ph 5-6. so the face wash definitely will disrupt the acid mantle of the skin (responsible for keeping harmful baterial out, and keeping moisture in). it ll take 90mins for our skin to recover to to normal ph level. u dont want to use this as a stand alone product, you wanna pair it with a toner, or a low ph moisturizer. it ll balance things out. overall, this facewash is ok... it get the job done, clean up all the oil n dirt, squeaky cleanse they call it. but it ll disrupt your acid mantle, so u got to use a low ph moisturizer, i recommend cetaphil moisturizer, it got a ph of 4.5. cheers
