Maintaining digestive system comfort is a challenge during pregnancy, while traveling in cars and boats, or after receiving treatments. Ginger root is a pungent and traditionally popular botanical for helping prevent disturbances of this type and has been the subject of several successful clinical trials as well. Ginger possesses other useful properties related to helping block production of certain prostaglandins and other eicosanoids. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) has long been used during pregnancy for maintaining digestive system comfort.*

Havent noticed pain reduction however my cholesterol was lower!
I've been using LE Super Bio Curcumin for years. I like that they are soft tablets not hard. They are better absorbed. I just used these again last night as I overdid it yesterday and was in muscular and joint pain. 2 or 3 tablets and they really help with inflammation. I relied heavily on these when I moved from county to county and my regular arthritis medication took 5 months to get squared away! I always keep these on hand. I am very good at researching and choosing quality supplements and there's an awful lot of cheap junk out there. Life Extension is a brand you can trust.

To be honest I have been taking one a day for about two weeks, don't feel any different. Maybe takes longer not sure or I need a more potent amount.
Having a supressed immune system due to meds, I thought this would be a good idea. I'm out in the public a lot and feeling as well as ever. Going to keep taking as a preventative measure.
