There are better products available for the price. I didn't find this company helpful. There are other, more professional and well-made products that I would recommend to others. Such as Researched Nutritionals.

Didn’t really notice a difference, but maybe I need to be taking HCL instead.

Really disappointed

I wanted to like this product because I thought it would help my digestive system but it only caused me constipation. It didn't matter how much fiber foods I was eating or stool softener I was taking. Nothing was helping. Before I was taking these I ate beans every day and I was never constipated. Once I started taking these digestive enzymes Supplements while still eating my daily beans, I became constipated. so I would not recommend commended.
