Did not work for me

I have had hot flashes and night sweats for 12 years now :( and I was hopeful when reading the reviews but this did not work for me. Emailed with customer support and followed their suggestions but still did not work. I have been taking them since 7/2023, giving it sufficient time to work or help...but nothing.

Wow so impressed with this product

I absolutely love this product. I feel less stressed, more energetic, I’ve lost weight without trying and just feel emotionally balanced more than ever. My friend recommended this and I am so happy that it works for me. I only take capsules 2 per day one in am and one at 2 pm. This ratio works best for myself. I highly recommend this product to all women pier menopause or they have peri menopause options as well. Big thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻from me for this wonderful herbal product!!! I really didn’t expect it to work so great !!

I took a chance..

I was very hopeful after reading the reviews here on Amazon and also on the product's webpage. Unfortunately, I did not find any improvement in my horrible hot flashes and other menopausal issues after taking the suggested dose from 2 complete boxes. If anything, I felt more slugglish and have actually gained weight. This could be a coincidence as I am getting older but after stopping, I have felt a difference in my energy level. Everyone is different and people do sometimes have an opposite effect to a medication or supplement. I believe it has worked for others... just not me! I would suggest trying a box or 2 from Amazon before deciding to subscribe to save money on the website.

Good price on this

I do think this helps with sleep. I bought three boxes; used one, and could not remember for the life of me where I put the other two. I noticed a negative difference in my sleep! I just found the boxes yesterday, so we'll see how the sleep goes once I'm back on it regularly for a bit.

Great Product

I have been using this product for several years. Went off then for a while and tried other brands that did not work for me. I have been back on this and can really tell the difference with menopause systems. Update 5-8-24 very sad to learn product for unknown reason was not delivered but I did receive refund.
