clean ingredients in teen vitamins

This vitamin stands out for being free from preservatives, binders, artificial colorings, or flavorings, which I appreciate. The capsules are okay to swallow. I wasn't familiar with Vitanica before, but it seems the brand has been around since 1994, and there are plenty of positive Amazon reviews for their other products. So, if brand reputation is a concern, it appears to be trustworthy.

I'm a bit on the fence about this product, ...

Since it doesn't quite smell precisely "like" vitamins, per se; to me, initially, they smelled like urine, so I wondered if these were some sort of manufacturing | wizard | enthusiast, with a Wikipedia-constrained sort of grade of level, in knowledge resource, in vitamin production, and, given access to a suitable urine cesspool, this product was by hence pieced together," so to speak. Usually, I frown upon consuming urine, but the stuff is a retail product, so I'm biased more towards giving the benefit of the doubt, largely since that's the sort of frame of representation thati have in mind, in developing my own products. Usually, things that get urine put in them fail, as finished products, as far as the most amateur renditions go... I wonder - ought these people acknowledge the urine smell about this stuff? Since it's marketed as a "teen"-geared product, maybe there's a marketing segment that'll go for it, specifically, even, on account of the urine's pedigree, or something like that. It's a constant challenge, that I face, when testing out products, such as vitamins - in this case, I'm not going to be sold on any sort of urine pedigree or marketing, I'm just construing that the stuff was put together, perhaps, and it ends up smelling like urine. Hmm... [I take a look at myself, in this instance, since I took some of these vitamins, earlier] - in this case, it might appear that I had consumed urine, yet, I was also hearing horrific events play out, in my mind, unrelated to things, such as this (I'm schizophrenic) :/

These are great for teens, but also good for old ppl. :D

I'm pleasantly surprised with these vitamins. They seem to work well to balance out hormonal shifts. Both my teen and I (absolutely not a teen) have been using them, and we've both noticed the benefits of being more even keeled throughout the month. Another thing I've noticed is that although they do make your pee change color, it's not nearly as pronounced as with some other vitamins that make it look bright neon. I don't know if this is because there's a closer-to- right amount of B vitamins contained or if the B vitamins or more bioavailable, but I appreciate it either way.

Coco’s Conclusion: Two Months Supply, Vegan Capsules

I got these for my 19-year-old. She often has a hard time swallowing vitamins, so I appreciate that these are capsules, making them much easier to swallow. I also like what they are vegan, not containing any gelatin. They do have a lot of vitamins in them and are a two months supply, which is nice. It does have green tea extract, so I don’t know if that includes caffeine. Regardless, it does seem to be easy for her to swallow without causing stomach upset.

Good vitamins

As with most supplements, the pills are big. But they can be swallowed with a bit of water. My teen is still taking them so I concur that she appreciates the benefits.
