I was looking for a high quality multivitamin. Maybe I found it, I dont know, but after 3 days I am so disgusted by the smell/taste that I am HAPPY to throw my $35 in the garbage. My 16 year old daughter also took these for three days and has now refused to ever take them again, and I dont blame her. She says these smell like the taste in the back of your throat when you have a bad head cold, times 100. Shes right. It isnt just the smell of the B vitamins, which is kind of farty and earthy, it is a bizarre, sickly, cloying odor, akin to a stink bug that farted sour milk and moldy eggs. It is in my weekly pill sorter, and that is in a locked box, and when I just open the box, the smell hits me like the fart of a sick person. Im sorry to say all this because I really wanted these to be good, since I read good things about them and spent so much money. Theyre just awful.

I have tried several different multi-vitamins and this one I feel is the best I have tried. Has all the essential vitamins in it!!

Ive been taking these for a few years after hearing them mentioned by a well respected doctor on a great health podcast. I feel great on them and anytime I stopped taking them for a month or so to try and save money, I could feel a difference in my overall health and energy, skin and hair. They really arent that expensive when you break down the cost, 20$ a month for your well-being, not bad. Im confused by any negative reviews about the quality because Ive ordered them on here for two years and never had an issue, also I dont notice the smell of them anymore but remember in the beginning of taking them it was a little funky. I recommend trying for three months straight and see how you feel! Its a wonderful combo and high quality.
