Great for ADHD

My pediatrician recommended this for my son who has ADHD to supply the very low dose medicine he takes. I definitely notice a difference and take it myself to help me focus at work.

This doesn't cross the blood brain barrier. When I took 2 I felt like I was having skin flush and cramp muscles

Makes me super jittery - B6?

I started taking these at my doctors recommendation for GABA - once in the morning and once in the afternoon. About 20 minutes after taking it, I get jittery and even sometimes feel flush. It may be because these include B6, but Im definitely not feeling better afterwards. Thats just my experience, but I hope it is useful for others if they are considering GABA and whether or not B6 will help or hurt.
