Best and cheapest IBGard dupe Ive found

Ive tried it all for many years. Every prescription, diet, exercise, you name it. My gastroenterologist said give IBGard a try. I noticed an immediate improvement, but holy crap its expensive!!! Then did some looking around. This is the best IBGard dupe there is. AND its not taking 2 horse pills either. Super easy to swallow. I take 1 in the am and one late afternoon early evening before a meal, for maintenance. 3 per day in a flare. Sit upright after taking. Its a powerful IMenthol and it could produce some reflux. Just use common sense and remember gravity. You want it to coat the lower intestine. Not your esophagus. Good luck.
