It is a good product, but I don't enjoy it much because of the taste.

Way better source of Iron than ferrous sulfate

Way better source of Iron than ferrous sulfate. Easier to absorb and does not cause the stomach issues that typically come along with iron supplements. Highly recommended!

Doesn't cause constipation like non-heme iron

Yep, my ferritin was low and this did the trick. Note: Don't take it within 3 hours of other medications. Like this product because it didn't cause constipation. Heme iron is the only true form of iron that is non-constipating; it is considered organic. Heme iron is much more bioavailable than non-heme iron so that heme iron is better absorbed than non heme iron.

It works & easy on the stomach

This was recommended by my daughter's midwives. Energizing Iron has really helped in raising Iron levels without causing stomach issues during pregnancy. We we're extremely grateful for this recommendation. Worked great for Anemia during pregnancy.
