As big as spaceships and space junk.

After cataract surgery, I had floaters across my visual field that looked like the Pac Man ghosts, from left to right. Plus I had tiny dot floaters that looked like space junk. No drops in the world, no doctor in the world gave me hope....until I researched Bromelain, the enzyme, extract from pineapple, that eats collagen. It took two months 1 capsule a day. My eye are bright and shiny. Space junk gone, ghost floater has lost a lot of weight. I think one more month and it will be all gone. As it is, I forget about it, and have to test to see if is still there. It is. But tiny. One more month and perfect vision.

Pain relief .

I had fallen and had facial and knee bruising and within a few hours of using the pain was lessening and the bruising showed the beginnings of decreasing. I one week the bruising was 90% gone.

I take multiple supplements together. Cant say the flavor is terrible but I need relief from doing weights.

Doesnt work

People keep recommending supplements to me. I have tried them all. This one was equal to taking room air. Just a waste of money unless your diet is lacking and you are deficient of what this supplement contains
