Not ideal for hormones

This soy derived lecithin really screwed up my hormones for a few days, opted for the sunflower lecithin instead. I dont recommend this one for men or women because soy generally can have a negative impact on hormone levels, was disappointed it disintegrated work out for me.

I read online that this can stop the HSV virus in it's tracks. I was skeptical because I was getting them bi-weekly. Literally, one would heal and I would get another. I had a small one in the beginning but after about 3 months, I no longer get them...This is a miracle!
