I want to start off by saying I have tried a ton of supplements. Ovidera and OM. Ovidera and QI works, but something feels off about them, like they have contaminats. Anyways I keep seeing everyone complaining how this is only brown rice. Yet I get the cleanest experience when I take Host Defense on a continuous basis.
