It also naturally abounds in Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water. Using for over a year

My Chiropractor recommended I take a spoonfull every day for overall health and to help with my cholesterol levels. Since then, my last 2 blood tests have shown a drop in the cholesterol level from borderline to the good side and steady. One tip is when pouring, it comes out slowly like molasses. I pour at the same speed each time, usually about 8 to 10 seconds to get about a table spoonful then slowly tilt th e bottle back and because it is so thick, the liquid will pull back into the bottle. Otherwise you will have a gob of it around the top when you put the cap back on.

Horrible experience.

Absolutely disgusting, ridiculous that this would happen. There's no way I can return this I'm grossed out even looking at it much less touching it enough to return it.

Much better choice than soy lecithin.
