WARNING: B6 TOXICITY DANGER

I was suffering extreme fatigue and this supplement seemed to help, such that I was drinking a packet twice a day. Fast forward some months and a neurologist ordered some lab tests to check for any kind of nerve damage causing environmental factors. My B6 levels in the danger zone! Unlike B12 that your body flushes out (the only way to overdose is by injection) B6 can and WILL poison you if you repeatedly supplement over the recommended daily limit. DO NOT take multiple packets daily. DO NOT combine with other B complex supplments that supplement B6. DO NOT take for extended periods of time daily. This item should have a B6 danger warning label. Excessive B6 intake over will cause nerve damage.

Broken bottle

Bottle was broken and glass everywhere when I open package.

Great Kosher natural vitamin C product!

This is a plant based vitamin C that is kosher. I can understand the ingredients and it works for me!
